Perfumes are non-returnable products.

Returns or replacements will be accepted only for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

Samples/Decants (20ml or any trial size) are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

If a product is being returned, the customer is responsible for shipping it back to our address.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for fragrances that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed, or refused packages.
