Returns:
We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, you must raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Email us at info@perfumedynasty.in with your order ID and images of the product received.

• Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on returning the product.

Refunds:

• After inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the refund approval.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used perfumes

• Products without original packaging

• Gift cards or promotional items

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or contact us at name.ak007@gmail.com.

Exchange Policy:
We currently do not offer product exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order separately if needed.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
